I've installed the latest 6.0.2.1 Libreoffice on my Mac and I'm pleased to say that the b-h version of HYPTUSS is working fine with it.

Funny that.....Kiloran and I usually find that time is 'the great breaker-of-things' that we then need to fix......NeilW wrote:

That's great news, Neil, thanks for letting us know. I've spent hours trying to determine the cause of the problem, even considering trying to acquire a copy of OSx to install in a Virtual Machine, so that I could investigate more easily.
From what I can see of LibreOffice 6, it looks like they have rolled out the fix for the bug I reported some months ago, so maybe your problem was related to that. There are some similarities.
As an aside, I've been having a few problems with LibreOffice 5 (not related to macros or web queries) and they weren't resolved by LO6, despite multiple uninstalls and reinstalls. I finally fixed it by uninstalling LO and then deleting the user profile (which is not deleted by an uninstall), then reinstalling LO6, which forced the creation of a new user profile. It's now working better than it has for some time. It does appear that corrupted user profiles are the cause of a number of problems with LibreOffice and OpenOffice.

T'is indeed good news, thanks Neil. Can someone remind me of the link, I've forgotten where we keep it, probably staring me in the face.
