How many times have you had covid

I am interested to see if people think/know they have never had Covid or how many times they have had it.

Unless you have tested yourself every single day for the last 2+ years there is no way to know if you are one of them.
And I had Covid like symptons for three days or so but never tested positive and I checked every day.Lanark wrote:Many many people will have been vaccinated and subsequently infected with covid but shown no symptoms.

I know, but I'm interested to know what people's perceptions are at least. The ONS said in April 2022 that they thought >70% of the population of England had had Covid by that point. Given it is so rife in some parts of the country just now, I'd be surprised if most people hadn't had it by the end of this year - although maybe aymptomatically.Lanark wrote:Many many people will have been vaccinated and subsequently infected with covid but shown no symptoms.

I think the spirit of the poll is that you would answer "Never" unless EITHER you tested positive OR you know from symptoms that it is probable that you had it.servodude wrote:And even then... user error, etc.Lanark wrote:Many many people will have been vaccinated and subsequently infected with covid but shown no symptoms.

I've known a good number of folk whose home tests looked fine but went for PCR tests which confirmed infection as they were having symptoms (in the days when such things were considered important)
That's right although I also had the runs and a cold in midsummer seems a bit unlikely since I never have one even in the middle of winter. Anyway I have entered, 'Never had Covid'pje16 wrote:Isn't that called a coldDod101 wrote: And I had Covid like symptons for three days or so but never tested positive and I checked every day.
