Is there a general view of this offering?
As outlined it would satisy my requirements for an ISA addition.
Always it is what is not said but that others might know that carries weight.
I've been topping up with various property IPO's and reason says I have enough but if it is tasty and solid perhaps I'm ready for more in the sector.

TD Direct are apparently offering the placing of shares, I wonder if that now means II are since TDD is now II?

I had an inkling this might happen. Just another "me too" REIT. Perhaps there are enough to choose from already out there?

There was a recent aborted launch of an Investment Trust as well.

Perhaps IPO investors need to be tempted by "interesting business opportunities" rather than packaged investments available from other managers.
