My Health Goals for May

Post by Halicarnassus »

I like challenging myself, even though I've had more false starts than a waterlogged starter pistol

I also like to use beginnings of the month to kick off my little plans. especially so if the 1st day of the month is on a Monday. Never pass up these opportunities when the heavens align just for our benefit ;)

So Monday, May 1st is. Here's my May goals.

Walk 200 km.

Follow Michael Mosley's BSD

Enjoy one wee dram every night as a night cap to keep the circulation at it's optimum best. :)

Anyone else got a monthly health and fitness goal?

Thinking of loosing those dreaded 10 kgs I've put on since last year. I guess now is the best time to work on it. Would start walking from Monday and some dieting.

Good on you. What specifically are you planning to try?

Abject failure in May.

But i managed to pick myself up and in the last couple of months I must have walked well over 200kms and have dropped around 13kgs from following the Michael Mosley 8 week BSD.
