Must be one of the most influential musicians of the music scene died aged 90 .

One of the greatest. I'm really glad I managed to see him about 20 years ago.
Live in Moscow about 3 years ago. Pretty rubbish, but I wish I could do that at 87

Unfortunately never got to see him . I did see his contemporary Bo Diddley , who I was more a fan of in my teens .
Makes you wonder if the British beat boom of the 60s would have happened without Chucks songs.

He had a Latin flair, lesser known songs like Hey Pedro and La Juanda.

I just saw this, he was the one who really got me interested in guitars and music as a kid.
He was just a tremendous influence on EVERYBODY.
RIP, Mr. Berry and thank you for the music.
