Agnethe from Abba

Post by Clitheroekid »

As an unapologetic fan of Abba I enjoyed the documentary ABBA: The Missing 40 Years the other night - https://www.channel5.com/show/abba-the- ... g-40-years

I then did my usual trawl of YouTube and came across this excellent version of the 60's classic `Every time That You Walk In The Room' by Agnethe when she'd gone solo.

I personally think it's better than The Searchers' original, and an interesting factoid is that one of the backing singers was her daughter.

The intro to that track reminded me of the Crossroads theme music.

Even more pedantic - Searchers did the same with Needles and Pins.
