I watched this Netflix documentary about Boeing last night - https://www.netflix.com/gb/title/81272421

It deals in detail with the history of Boeing, and how its culture of safety and high quality engineering was compromised following its merger with McDonnell Douglas, and by the greed of investors to cut costs and increase profits, even at the expense of safety.

It's an excellent and very sobering film, and I commend it to the House!
