Reading The Guardian article reminds me of all the great names that have come and gone. Barry Cryer will be sadly missed when the new series starts in the summer. A few years ago I had an awful daily commute which was only made tolerable by listening to the entire series* from 1972 onwards. There's over 540 episodes available to listen to on the wayback machine.
