Is there a website I can go to where I can find the cheapest options for a film I want to watch? I am sure there used to be a website for this but I can't recall what it is but am certain it listed all the places you could buy/rent/steam a film and listed the prices they charged. It was places with a one-off fee as opposed to the monthly streaming options.

I think you're probably thinking of 'Just Watch', which does exactly what you're looking for.
