I loved the first hour of this and was saying to those watching with me that Jordan Peele is the new Night Shyamalan, when the latter used to be cool.

Unfortunately, I really disliked the second half of the film. Sorry, I mean absolutely hated it.

Just watch Close Encounters for how a film like this should be made.

It sounds like I enjoyed it more than you (yeah there's some interesting design choices and I wasn't sold on the sister)

BUT... I would have enjoyed it much more than that if I hadn't seen the trailer

At least Shyamalan didn't have "He's actually dead!" anywhere in his trailers
