Could I ask where about you saw this Information?
Was it on another website ...
It was on ADVFN, too often the time-wasting haunt of day-traders, but sometimes useful.

Keep us posted. I too bought some RAVP early last year - my last selection blunder before deciding to rotate into more broadly diversified ITs.
I have written them off in my own records, but any latent interest payment would be nice...

Yes, I did. I held my shares, ordinary and prefs, via a nominee account. I reminded my broker of their obligation and duty to treat me fairly and asked them to write to the company on my behalf, which one did, and that resulted inexchanging email with the Company Secretary and getting access.

The broker provided me with a letter confirming I was a shareholder and providing the designated account details that pertained to my holding which I sent to Raven who responded within a matter of hours and provided me with a password.

The broker basically confirmed my email address, the number of shares I held post de-listing, the name of their Nominee account and the designated account details.

Good luck. Of the brokers I use one said they would write, but nothing happened, the other sent me the letter and contacted the company.

If in doubt, write, suggest a reasonable time frame for them to deal with it, and if they don't, start the formal complaint process.

I followed 88V8's advice, emailed bgarnham@theravenpropertygroup.com with a screengrab of the relevant portfolio and explained that as my shares were held in a nominee account, neither my broker nor I were able to provide an Investor Code.

He replied to me the following day confirming that I could register with the name of my broker in the Investor Code box and they would then approve my registration which they did later the same day.

Thanks again to 88V8.

We hold ordinary shares (RAV) and preference shares (RAVP) in the above company and thought worth checking on the company's website to see what, if anything, was happening.

Unfortunately the site is only open to registered shareholders and it is necessary to supply an Investor Code in order to register. Our shares are held in a nominee account with stockbroker iDealing.com and we therefore do not have share certificates from which to obtain an Investor Code. I have contacted iDealing.com but they say " As our shares are held electronically within Crest in a pooled nominee, we are unfortunately unable to obtain an IVC number".

Here is a screen grab of our account with iDealing.com and I hope this will be sufficient for you to enable us to register as shareholders for access to the site.

I can confirm also I just entered AJ Bell into the Investor Code on the website yesterday and have been approved.

Wow. Two dividends from RAVP have just plopped into my SIPP today - for 3p and 0.4524p.

I had written these off in my records and so forgotten about them, but here's whats been going on in the meantime.

https://www.theravenpropertygroup.com/m ... survey.pdf
As set out in our update of January 2023 the Company has been able to repatriate additional sterling
funds from part of the proceeds from the sale of the interest rate caps in March 2022. We are pleased
to note that the Board has recently agreed to make a one off payment of 3.45p per preference share
relating to the 31 March 2022 preference dividend and the interest due on that dividend. Payment will
be made on 15 February 2023 to preference shareholders on the register at 18 February 2022, being
the original record date for the 31 March 2022 dividend.
This is an exceptional payment and does not indicate a return to timely payment of preference
dividends.

Thanks for the heads up on this.

I didn't have the money arrive, so contacted Halifax who reckon they were sent the wrong amount, apparently they have 10 days to pay so should get it sorted by 25th, or perhaps 27th if it's working days.

Suggest you check in at https://uk.advfn.com/cmn/fbb/thread.php3?id=42984711 where there is quite a bit of discussion re RAVP including some who are having problems getting payment via Halifax. Tick the box for Add Alert for emails every time someone adds to the discussion.

Raven Property Group Ltd has announced that the company dissolved on 28 March 2023.

As a result, your shares are now deemed worthless and will be removed from your account in due course.

Another fine mess.

You'll find that this is actually a different company.

If you had/have shares in nominee account then some (e.g. AJB) will have taken them off your account. But they've now realised their mistake and will put them back where they belong. If they don't then you need to point out their error.
