Marriage Allowance - effect of savings interest

Using last year's figures, the OH's tax code was 1125N (having transferred MA to me).
Her income was exactly 11250 (from pension drawdown).
Can someone please clarify whether she could have had £5000 or £1000 savings interest (or both) without affecting the MA.

She can have both. And 2k in dividends.
