Well, England has the majority of the population, but some of the best environments are in Wales and Scotland (I don't know N Ireland at all)

Scottish Highlands and Islands, Loch Ness

Snowdonia, Wales
Brecon Beacons, Wales
Welsh coast , particularly Pembrokeshire
Gower Peninsular
