Shoes vary. Flat laces knot, chunky round ones don't.

I invariably find with round laces that the knot quickly unties. I put an extra knot in the bows but even then they seem to work loose. I have largely replaced all my round laces with flat ones.
I don't have much of a problem with them forming a knot when I undo them.

Do they actually count as 'shoes'? I suspect not....

I want my laces to knot when I'm tying them, and to un-knot when I'm not.
