Plusnet Scam

Looks like Plusnet are trying to pay me some money back..
The email was addressed to my email address rather than by name and was from "townsend,
nicola@hotmail.co.uk". Poor old "Nicola", she might get some unexpected emails!

the email almost undoubtedly wasn't from Nicola. just somebody masquerading a real email address.

A teeeeny doubt might have crossed my mind when an email from PlusNet Support was from a @hotmail address...
(On the other hand, when in the far distant past I was a PN customer, their email service became so bad that I could understand support staff using something other than PNs' offering)
