Shaft of Sunshine

Feeling really fed up today, rain pouring down, dog moaning because it was too wet to go out when suddenly a lone shaft of sunshine peeped through the clouds and lit up my large mahonia tree which is absolutely covered in masses of bright yellow blossom. Suddenly the world didn't seem such a miserable place after all.
