I totally forgot to remind any of you who live in this neck of the woods that Donna Nook is a National Nature Reserve and at this time of year the seals come ashore to give birth. There are currently over 1,500 pups on the shore and viewing is from behind a supervised fenceline.

A quick update - there are now over 2,000 pups on the shore. If you're planning on going to see them the next two weeks, weather conditions aside, will be the best time.AsleepInYorkshire wrote:I totally forgot to remind any of you who live in this neck of the woods that Donna Nook is a National Nature Reserve and at this time of year the seals come ashore to give birth.
