A tool for formatting a URL

Breelander highlighted a problem when pasting some URLs into a Lemon Fool post. See: http://www.lemonfool.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=312

Ouch! I thought I could escape that guy on Financial Software, but it looks like he gets everywhere.

Another character that breaks URLs has been seen, the closing bracket ')'. Example here:

Thanks Bree. I've updated the tool to replace ( with %28 and replace ) with %29
