Could somebody tell me the formula for the following please.

I wish to put in cell c10. – If the number in cell c4 is less than the number in cell c3, then the text colour to change from black to red.

After going to fill colour, then conditional formatting, then I scroll down to – custom formula is -” this is the formula in not sure how to write. "
