Yes, I had this problem back in early March (it's described above https://www.lemonfool.co.uk/viewtopic.p ... 07#p573307). pje16 was kind enough to fix it by telling me to clear the cache (https://www.lemonfool.co.uk/viewtopic.p ... 29#p573329).Lootman wrote: With that said, today I tried to do a transfer out of cash to my designated bank account. And I was presented with a blank screen. Nothing.
I phoned them and the nice gentleman manually transferred the cash out for me. But this was not inspiring.
Anyone else had this issue?

Aha, thanks. Funnily enough the chap I spoke to on the phone suggested that as well. I had cleared the cache, cookies and all history before signing in, so I felt that wasn't the issue.Boots wrote:Yes, I had this problem back in early March (it's described above https://www.lemonfool.co.uk/viewtopic.p ... 07#p573307). pje16 was kind enough to fix it by telling me to clear the cache (https://www.lemonfool.co.uk/viewtopic.p ... 29#p573329).Lootman wrote:With that said, today I tried to do a transfer out of cash to my designated bank account. Unless I should have done that again in mid-session? Right before going to the Transfer Out screen?

Re: Interactive Investor again!
I reported the issue to them
I have also found that when you get the blank screen, go back and log out
Logging in again fixes it
The error is because they have "old" and "new" style pages and can't be ar*ed to fix it

So if you sign in purely to do a transfer out, and nothing else, then it works fine?pje16 wrote:I reported the issue to them

But if you do other stuff, like some trades, and then try and transfer out, you get the blank screen of death?
Weird.

On the few occasions the new setup has given me a blank screen (not only for withdrawing cash) a simple refetch all has worked for me. Ctrl-F5 in most browsers.

Re: Interactive Investor again!
A few days ago, when I tried to see the amounts I had set up for regular investing, it just gave me a blank screen (when looking at either general account or ISA - retrying it after coming from different pages didn't help). When I logged back in again the next day, it was working fine.

Yes, try logging out and logging in again. Usually fixes it (for a while...)Lootman wrote:And I was presented with a blank screen. Nothing.

Sometime a lot of the menu functions stop working, unclickable. Same fix.

And this afternoon, not able to buy/sell, or get screen quote.
The Quote button does not get the picklist.
And if the Trade button appears, press it and just a blank screen.
Never happened with the old site.
Logged out/in, same.
Sent a complaint.

Thankyou for the thoughts about cache (don't have) and app (don't use). It had been fixed half an hour later.

I went onto my ii acct. today for the first time for some time and was appalled by the opening page. I really must get my money out of there but where to? The IWeb website is so much better, apart from the fact that it doesn't show the day's movements but I've got enough in that account already.
