Nationwide Building Society Governance
I have documents from NWBS regarding the AGM, but there are no statements from those seeking election. IMHO those seeking to be elected should have something to tell us about why we should select them for these extremely well paid positions.

You are spot on, it would not have been unreasonable to have thought that a mutual, and especially a mutual who extolls the value to customers of being run by them for them, as NW does, that their corporate goverance would have been rather better.
