Unfortunately I need an account that pays monthly interest out to a bank account which narrows the options a bit.

Charter Savings Bank is currently offering a 1 year fixed rate ISA at 4.25%, 2 years at 4.35%.

Good question. As far as I can see, Atom don't offer any ISAs. Or if they do, they hide them well :)
