The question, as Newroad correctly observed, was simply: Would you prefer moderators silently to correct blatant spelling errors / typos?, to which at the time of writing we have 54% of the 39 responders saying "No."
That feedback has been noted so I feel this thread has run its course. If anyone wishes to make improvement suggestions regarding a post's editing period, or indeed anything else, then please feel free. Thanks - Chris
